Design for the Tel Aviv advanced design national bus station.

2016 (July) PORTS FUTURE STUDY 2016 – Contributing my concept of moving the Ports of Auckland to Waimango Point and re-planning the existing port area for two Cruise Ship Terminals (complete with roll on off facilities for resupplying ships ground floor tourist bus in and out, parking etc, first floor guest reception restaurants and hotel facilities, third floor hotel accomodation) A 60,000 Seat Stadium, with ground floor car parking plus New Central Auckland Bus Station with gardens surround on roof, Residential Apartment Blocks and Commercial offices on Fergusson Wharf, Te Papa Two and Maritime Museum end of Bledsoe Wharf complete with secure dock for Historical Boats, Conference Centre linked to Vector Arena, new Train Stop to service the New 60,000 seat Arena and Cruise Facilities etc, existing cement storage silos converted to a new 6 storey Kelly Tarlton Aquarium, City Centre Marina to take Superyachts plus Marine Exhibition Facilities, a City Beach complete with sand beach and enclose tidal area plus island. At the seaward entrance to these facilities (Fergusson Wharf) a tall slender building to mark the entry to Auckland Harbour, could be high level dwellings and commercial uses. New Ferry terminal Princess Wharf etc.
All linked by a New Wide Boulevard along Quay Street complete with light rail linking Viaduct Basin with New Area, Cruise Ship Terminal linking the many Bays, Beaches and Communities out to St Heliers Village at lines end.
